Hey everyone - yep, I finally jumped onto the bandwagon & created a blog (blob for Tante Marlene!), something I've been wanting to do for awhile. I totally miss writing & I always wish I could update people with an interesting forum-type/interacitve blog instead of neglecting to send out email updates every so often....let's see how well I maintain this - a lot of people start these up & then it's hard to find the time to keep up with the posting - I figured it's worth a shot!
So, in researching blogs, I read that your 1st post is supposed to be something short & obvious like "hey, I started a blog - check it out!", but me being me, I am opting for a little bit of a longer ramble...I also read that your blog title should be something really innovative & creative, not a reference to any nicknames you have now or whatever...so when I opened this blog up, I put it on ice for a couple of days, trying to think of a better title than "Musings of Annie Ruok (or JanieGunn!)....anyway, one of my colleagues referred to me as "the quiet storm" recently & I found it soooo fitting for me (this guy knows me too well already - uh oh!) & it hit me : I'd found my blog title.
